Our ceiling had a leak in the morning, but as the day went on, it turned into a bigger mess. The ceiling collapsed due to the water buildup from a clog in our ac drain. We had to turn off our ac. The heat was rough that night, but MAX HVAC and Plumbing Solutions were quick to respond and we didn't have to go a single West Texas day without ac (it was 102 that day). They came early in the morning and took about 15 minutes to fix the problem. Quick, easy and great service.

These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.
